These terms and conditions apply to all art workshops and creative experiences provided by i.am.sfera in Prague.
Booking
Workshops can be booked online via our website or by direct contact. Your booking is confirmed after payment or agreement.
Payment
Payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise. We accept online payments or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
As our workshops are thoughtfully prepared and tailored to each group, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We are happy to offer a rescheduling option if requested at least 10 days before the workshop. Thank you for your understanding.
Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule workshops in case of unexpected circumstances.
In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date.
Participation
No prior experience is needed.
